Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • whip cream

Method
 

  1. Whisk all ingredients together and let sit for a few hours to overnight in the fridge.
  2. Optional: add whip cream
  3. Enjoy!
