Gluten-Free Crepes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup king arthurs gluten-free flour
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Measure flour and add to bowl
  2. Add dry ingredients, sugar, salt
  3. Add wet ingredients, melted butter, milk, eggs , vanilla
  4. Whisk together
  5. Heat up crepe maker
  6. Start making crepes!
  7. Serve and enjoy with strawberries and whip cream.
