Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Add gluten free flour, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced butter, and garlic powder to food processor.
Pulse the ingredients together.
Slowly add each tablespoon of water into the food processor. Mixing with each spoonful added.
Gather dough when all incorporated and form into two balls.
Wrap with plastic wrap and sit in fridge for one hour.
Sprinkle gluten free flour on counter and roll out dough 1/4 inch thick.
Cut into one inch squares and poke a hole in the middle.
Lay them out on a silicone baking mat on top a baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees. 12 to 15 minutes or until golden.
