gluten-free soy sauce

gluten-free liquid smoke

garlic powder

red chili flakes
Instructions
Mix the soy sauce, liquid smoke and spices together in a bowl
Cut the london broil into 1/4 inch slices
Mix the liquid and spices with the meat and marinate in the fridge for a hour
Place strips of meat onto trays of dehydrator
Rotate trays every hour until dryness is desired
Enjoy and store leftovers in plastic bag in fridge

*My dehydrator doesn't have settings. If yours does check for the beef jerky setting.
