Method
- Mix the soy sauce, liquid smoke and spices together in a bowl
 - Cut the london broil into 1/4 inch slices
 - Mix the liquid and spices with the meat and marinate in the fridge for a hour
 - Place strips of meat onto trays of dehydrator
 - Rotate trays every hour until dryness is desired
 - Enjoy and store leftovers in plastic bag in fridge

*My dehydrator doesn't have settings. If yours does check for the beef jerky setting.
