Gluten-Free Beef Jerky

  • Mixing bowls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 - 2 lbs. london broil
  • 1 cup gluten-free soy sauce
  • 3 dashes gluten-free liquid smoke
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili flakes

Instructions
 

  • Mix the soy sauce, liquid smoke and spices together in a bowl
  • Cut the london broil into 1/4 inch slices
  • Mix the liquid and spices with the meat and marinate in the fridge for a hour
  • Place strips of meat onto trays of dehydrator
  • Rotate trays every hour until dryness is desired
  • Enjoy and store leftovers in plastic bag in fridge

*My dehydrator doesn't have settings. If yours does check for the beef jerky setting.
