Gluten-Free Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup gluten-free bisquick pancake mix
  • 1 tbsp butter

Equipment

  • cast iron pan
  • pancake flipper
  • masher
  • measuring cup
  • stainless steal bowl
  • measuring spoon

Method
 

  1. Mix all wet ingredients together
  2. add in pancake mix, mix all ingredients together
  3. heat 1 tbsp butter in cast iron pan, medium heat
  4. spoon mixture into pan
  5. cook for a few minutes until bubbly on medium heat, flip and cook for a couple more minutes
  6. serve with butter and maple syrup!
  7. Enjoy!!
