Ingredients

vegetable oil

gluten-free bisquick pancake mix

tbsp
butter
Instructions
Mix all wet ingredients together
add in pancake mix, mix all ingredients together
heat 1 tbsp butter in cast iron pan, medium heat
spoon mixture into pan
cook for a few minutes until bubbly on medium heat, flip and cook for a couple more minutes
serve with butter and maple syrup!
