Gluten-Free Crepes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup king arthurs gluten-free flour
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Measure flour and add to bowl
  • Add dry ingredients, sugar, salt
  • Add wet ingredients, melted butter, milk, eggs , vanilla
  • Whisk together
  • Heat up crepe maker
  • Start making crepes!
  • Serve and enjoy with strawberries and whip cream.
