Pumpkin Spice Chia Smoothie

I’m sharing with you my pumpkin spice chia smoothie recipe. It’s a great time of year to be making recipes with pumpkin. This is great to make the night before to enjoy for breakfast.

Pumpkin Spice Chia Smoothie

It’s that time of year again! Pumpkin spice everything. 🙂 As an alternative to pumpkin spice coffee in the morning, I make this delicious and nutritious pumpkin spice chia smoothie to energize my day.

I have below a FREE printable recipe card.

Besides the pumpkin in this recipe the other star is chia seeds. Chia seeds are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium.

This recipe works up quickly and easily.

Set in the fridge for a few hours or overnight to drink in the morning. You want the chia seeds to set for a few hours to absorb the milk. The chia seeds will take on a gel like consistency.
