The best easy and fun gluten-free crepe recipe. I was inspired to create this recipe at home because it reminds me when my daughter had her first gluten-free crepe while we on vacation. We were walking down the boardwalk and we spotted a sign advertising gluten-free crepes. I was so excited that my daughter could eat a dessert with us on the boardwalk. She loved them. We went every night that we were there to get one after dinner. She loved them.
