Peach Freezer Pop Recipe

I love to share with you today my peach freezer pop recipe. They are delicious and refreshing ice pops.

When I think of summer I always think of peaches. I think they are versatile fruit to use in the summer season. Peach Freezer Pop ‘s are a great treat to make and have on a hot sunny day. They are also quick to make and even the kids can help.

Today we are having our ice pops out by the pool.

Ingredients you need

You only need a few things to make these peach freezer ice pops.

  • Peaches
  • Coconut water
  • honey
  • ice pop bags
  • blender
  • knife

First off you need nice ripe juicy peaches. The more ripe the peach the sweeter it will be. I like to add a little honey to the recipe too. But depending on how sweet the peaches are you can control the sweetness and omit the honey if you’d like too.

The second ingredient I have to add to these peach freezer pops is coconut water. The coconut water adds liquid to puree the peaches and also adds a level of hydration. Which is great when you need to stay hydrated on hot days.

Making the ice pops

Get your knife and cutting board out and cut the peaches into smaller pieces to fit into the blender. This isn’t an exact recipe so add as much coconut water to the peaches that will make it easiest to blend and be able to pour into the ice pop bags. If they peach puree is to thick as some more coconut water, and if its too thin then add some more peach.

Don’t forget to wash the peaches before using them. When I made mine, I left the skin on the peaches.

I used these plastic ice pop bags that came with a little funnel to make filling them up easier. Fill them up to the fill line, close the bag and place on a flat surface. I used a plate to lay them on while they were freezing in the freezer so they would stay flat.

Package the ice pops

Here I’m sharing a photo of the peace freezer pops after I filled them all up. I love the color of how they look. I left the skin on the peaches to add a little speckle of color to them.

Freeze them

Throw them in the freezer for a few hours to over night. If you can make them the day before you are going to use them, that way you know they will be ready when you need them.

Serve them

Here they are! After they were done freezing, I brought them outside and shared them around the pool that day.

We got to enjoy them while catching some sun and relaxing by the pool.

These were also a pretty big ice pop, it definitely fills you up for a healthy quick snack.

Enjoy
